Customer Service Representative
As our business continues to grow so does the need to add on to our “FAMILY”. We are looking to fill the following position.
Hours
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
1 Saturday per month: 7am – 2pm
Requirements
- Dependable (Must be able to commit to the above listed schedule)
- Answer incoming calls (Strong communication skills)
- Working with our CRM for data entry (Attention to detail)
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Must be TEAM oriented
- Collaboration with management for projects
- Must be competent with internet, email, Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks (general)
- Must be a good listener
Experience
Customer Service 1 year (Preferred)
Required Education
High School or equivalent (Preferred)
Compensation
- $15.00-$18.00 (depending on experience)
- Bonus Eligible
